Job Description
Install and service garage doors and operators while delivery a strong and positive customer experience. We value honesty, integrity, and adaptability in our technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair garage doors for residential and commercial customers
- Travel to client locations
- Provide clear and friendly customer communication
- Manage work orders using mobile devices
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with tablets and smartphones
